What a website costs, how the 50/50 payment works, what the monthly plan does and who owns what. If your question is not here, ask us and we will add it.
Our prices are fixed and published, so you know the total before you start. Essential Build is $1,000 for up to 5 pages and Premium Build is $1,800 for up to 9 pages. Add-ons are priced the same way: online store for $500, brand identity for $750 and copywriting at $150 per page. Every build also includes a monthly hosting plan, from $99/mo, on a 12-month minimum that starts the day your site goes live.
You pay half of the build price at checkout and the other half before the site goes live. Add-ons chosen at checkout are split the same way. Nothing for hosting is charged on the day you buy: your first month goes out with the final build payment, a few days before launch, and those days are on us.
It depends on the size of the site and on how quickly the content arrives: the words and photos usually set the pace, which is why copywriting is available as an add-on. We agree the timeline in your project brief at the start, and you follow progress in the client portal. The build runs in four steps: discovery, strategy, create and launch.
Monthly Hosting is $99/mo and includes secure hosting & SSL, weekly backups, security & framework updates, uptime monitoring, in-house analytics dashboard with monthly reports, 2 small content edits per month (copy + image swaps) and priority email support. Monthly Hosting Plus is $199/mo: everything in Monthly Hosting, with unlimited small edits. Both plans run on a 12-month minimum term that starts the day your site goes live, not the day you pay. Your monthly price does not go up during the term and the plan cannot be cancelled before it ends.
Hosting is part of every build — it is how we keep the site patched, backed up and edited, not an upsell. If you would rather run the site yourself, choose Launch Handover ($500, one time) instead of a monthly plan: we hand over the code, database, media and a handover note at launch, with a 14-day defect window and no hosting, backups, updates, edits or support after that.
Your monthly plan takes over on launch day: we host the site, keep it patched and backed up, watch its uptime and send you a monthly analytics report. Small content edits, meaning copy and image swaps, are included: 2 a month on Monthly Hosting, unlimited on Monthly Hosting Plus. Anything bigger, like a new page or a new feature, is quoted first. You keep your client portal, where the brief, progress and analytics live.
When the 12 months are up you can stay month to month or stop. If you stop, we export the whole site for you — the code, the database and your media — at no charge. If you choose Launch Handover instead of a monthly plan, you have the full source code, database and media from launch day. Your domain name stays in your own registrar account; we only point it at the site.
Revisions are part of the build, not a counted extra: in the create step we design, build and refine the site with you until it is right, before launch. After launch, changes go through your monthly plan's small edits; anything bigger, like a new page or feature, is quoted first.
No. We are based in Tucson, AZ and can meet in person across the Tucson metro, in Tucson, Oro Valley, Marana, Sahuarita, Green Valley and Vail. Everywhere else we work remotely: the brief, progress updates and analytics all live in the client portal, so the process is the same wherever you are.
Yes, as an add-on to either build for $500: up to 5 product categories with unlimited items in each, checkout included.
Yes. Every build includes our in-house analytics in the client portal: visitors, pages, traffic sources, page speed and form submissions, with a monthly report on the hosting plan. It is our own script, written to respect your visitors' privacy, and there is no Google Analytics on the sites we build unless you ask for it.
